Leading a Site Team
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a site team to deliver exceptional customer service, safe operations, and strong financial results. Key responsibilities include ensuring shop and forecourt standards are met, driving sales through effective ordering and promotional execution, managing business controls including cash handling, cost control, stock management, security, payroll compliance, and price execution.
People Management
The Site Manager is accountable for recruiting, coaching, and mentoring team members, building capability, and creating an inclusive, accountable, and engaged culture.
