Bakery Department Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our bakery department. As the Bakery Department Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bakery, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the bakery team to achieve sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
* Maintain excellent department standards, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control.
* Drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.
* Delight customers with an outstanding shopping experience.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Direct or indirect leadership experience to lead, coach, and develop the team.
