The Role
We're after a hands-on all-rounder to split time between the warehouse and a regular multi-drop delivery run in an MR class truck. You'll keep stock moving, trucks loaded and customers happy.
What you'll do
* Deliver 15L bottles and related products on set routes around Dubbo & surrounds (multi-drop).
* Load/unload safely (manual handling of 15–20 kg bottles).
* Pick, pack and stage orders; rotate stock (FIFO) and count inventory.
* Keep the shed tidy and organised; general housekeeping and basic maintenance.
* Complete basic run sheets/PODs using a phone or handheld; pre-start checks on vehicles.
* Help cover runs during leave/sick days to make sure no customer is missed.
* Be the friendly face of Summer Springs at every stop.
You'll bring
* NSW MR driver licence (required) with a clean driving record.
* LF forklift licence (or willingness to obtain quickly).
* Solid warehousing/driver or delivery experience (beverage or FMCG ideal).
* Fit, safe and reliable—happy to lift throughout the day and follow WHS procedures.
* Good people skills and tidy presentation; you like helping customers.
* Basic tech confidence (smartphone apps/PODs).
Nice to have
* First Aid certificate; HR licence; experience with route/PDAs; basic vehicle care.
Hours & pay
* Full-time, Monday to Friday with early starts; occasional flexibility in peak periods.
