?? What You'll Do As the Engineering Manager, APAC, you'll play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of renewable energy projects across the region.
Leading a multidisciplinary team, you'll guide projects from pre-construction through to operation, ensuring technical excellence every step of the way.Your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing a regional team of engineers (Civil, Electrical, Grid, GIS) Overseeing the design, grid integration, and technical quality of projects Collaborating closely with global teams to share best practices and align strategies Supporting all project phases from concept to commissioning Managing relationships with key external stakeholders: utilities, regulators, contractors, and financiers Ensuring compliance with local and international grid codes and engineering standards ? What You Bring A degree in Engineering (BEng/BSc or equivalent) 10+ years in energy generation engineering, including 5+ years in a leadership role Solid experience in wind and solar PV technologies Deep understanding of grid connection design, SCADA, and operational tech Familiarity with industry software (AutoCAD, PowerFactory, PSSE, GIS tools) Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills Fluency in English is essential Bonus Points For: A Master's degree in renewable energy or related field Experience with EPCs and consultants in the renewables sector Knowledge of substation/transmission design and complex terrain planning Accreditation or eligibility with professional engineering bodies (e.g., PEB Singapore) ??
