About this Business Development Opportunity
ACA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to drive business growth across four Southeastern states.
Main responsibilities
* Create and expand territory with strategic account development.
* Develop sales forecasts and analyze go-to-market performance, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and senior leadership team.
* GTM Leadership: Oversee all facets of ACA's go-to-market strategy, including sales, marketing, and business development.
This opportunity aligns with the goal of hiring a high-performing leader who can build and mentor a high-impact sales team.
Key Requirements
* 5–10 years of senior-level outside sales experience.
* Proven track record selling technical or capital equipment (CAPEX) solutions.
* Experience using CRM best practices (Salesforce preferred).
* Demonstrated ability to lead or strong desire to transition into team leadership.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Technical skills: Proficient in Salesforce CRM and other productivity tools.
