About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Customer Service Professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating purchase orders and managing administrative tasks
* Data entry and processing
* Providing exceptional customer service and support across multiple teams, including sales
* Making calls to customers and suppliers to resolve queries and issues
* Engaging with clients daily regarding account management and payments
* Responding to phone inquiries and addressing customer concerns
* Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure seamless logistics
Requirements for Success:
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Able to learn internal systems and processes quickly
* Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role
Working Conditions:
* Full-time position available with an 8-hour shift

Experience Required:
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
