Solution Architect
We are seeking a seasoned professional to design and deliver world-class customer experiences. As the first Solution Architect in the APAC region, you will have a unique opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy and drive business growth.
This is a high-impact role with significant career advancement opportunities. You will work closely with our Sales team and CEO, becoming the trusted advisor for all things related to our platform.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* End-to-End Ownership: Lead pre-sales activities including demos, product configuration, and onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions into successful partnerships.
* Customer Success:Build lasting relationships with customers at every level, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic upselling and proactive problem-solving.
* Operational Excellence:Create scalable processes and best practices to streamline customer onboarding, deployments, and support interactions.
* Product Expertise:Develop in-depth knowledge of our platform to effectively advise customers and contribute to product roadmap discussions based on customer insights.
* Voice of the Customer:Gather feedback and insights from customers, relaying key information back to internal teams to drive continuous improvements.
