About the role
Premier Standards is looking for a sharp, self-directed Business Development Representative to help drive pipeline growth.
This role is focused on outbound activity, lead follow-up, and HubSpot discipline. It is best suited to someone who is confident on the phone, excited about hunting for opportunities, relentless with follow-up, and highly organised in HubSpot.
What you'll do
* Make outbound calls to prospective students, employers, employment providers, and target accounts
* Follow up inbound leads quickly and professionally
* Reactivate older leads and keep opportunities moving
* Build and maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in HubSpot
* Log activity, outcomes, and next steps properly
* Identify group booking and account opportunities
* Work closely with the team to keep pipeline moving and opportunities visible

This role is not for you if

* You are not comfortable being measured on activity, follow-up, CRM usage, and outcomes
* Casual / part-time role with opportunity to grow into full-time position
* At least 30 hours per week depending on workload and business needs
* Monday to Friday
* Primarily based in Virginia, with flexibility when needed
* Laptop and headset provided
Remuneration
* Competitive hourly rate + super
* Uncapped incentive payments based on directly generated and converted enrolments
