Overview

The Position: Fishbowl is expanding, and we are looking for a Software Support Consultant for a 12-month contract (with the option to extend to a full time position), to work in a close-knit team to meet the challenge of delivering and maintaining the best service experience possible for our clients. This role will be an additional position to the current Support Team.

The role is available for an immediate start, so don't waste any time in applying!

This role will be suitable for someone ideally with previous Software Support experience or alternatively, someone who is tech savvy with inventory, manufacturing or distribution experience looking to transition to the other side!

This position is based in-office in our Fishbowl APAC office in Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast, Monday to Friday. There is no expectation of weekend or out of hours work, however business needs may evolve over time as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities

- Providing excellent support via telephone, remote support sessions and client emails in a call centre environment.
- Provide awesome customer service 100% of the time.
- Diagnosing client issues and finding the right solutions.
- Manage open support tickets and ensure they are handled in an efficient and timely manner.
- Educating clients to become competent and cutting-edge users of Fishbowl for their business.
- Self-motivated and easily able to manage own workload.
- Achieve Support resolution and Service standard targets.
- Genuine customer first attitude, and commitment to putting the customer first to achieve fantastic outcomes for their business and ours.

Qualifications & experience

- Previous experience in IT Helpdesk/Customer Support is ideal but not required.
- Previous exposure to Business software, or ERP and Inventory systems ideal but not required.
- Sound technical skills and experience with Microsoft suite, especially excel, ideal but not required.
- The ability to understand basic software processes and information and relay this to non-technical people in a friendly, personable manner.
