**Case Worker | Homelessness Service | Southport Court Link Housing Support*** **Employment Term:** Full-time, max term until 31 December 2027* **Location**: Based at Southport* **Remuneration**: $88k + super + $15,900 NFP salary packaging* **Close Date:** Applications will be reviewed as they are received and therefore may result in the role closing early if the right applicant is found.**Make a meaningful difference with UnitingCare Queensland**If you're passionate about making real change where it matters most, we've got you covered.We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Case Worker to join our Southport Court Link Housing Support (SCLHS) program, based at our Southport Court and our Labrador site.This is a dynamic, frontline role where no two days are the same, and your work has a direct, meaningful impact on people's lives.**Your part in our UnitingCare team**As a Case Worker, you will deliver housing focused support to participants engaged with the Southport Court Link program, delivering client-centred, strengths-based and trauma-informed case management.Our clients often experience complex and intersecting challenges, so experience or knowledge in domestic and family violence, child protection, AOD, and mental health is desirable alongside essential case management experience.You'll work alongside clients during times of crisis, while supporting them to work towards their goals and secure longer-term housing outcomes. Experience in housing advocacy and a solid understanding of the barriers faced by those within the criminal legal system is desired.If you're a passionate team player who wants to deepen your practice, work across diverse service domains, and be part of a service that truly makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you.* This role suits someone who can think on their feet, triage effectively, and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment.* You'll balance autonomy with teamwork, working closely with a supportive and experienced group of professionals who are committed to best practice and shared learning.* You will have access to a range of senior practitioners for professional development and support, alongside monthly in-house supervision and ongoing sector training.
