Details: Join the Suburban Land Agency (SLA), the ACT Government's land developer, as the Executive Branch Manager, Land Supply, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Canberra's communities. Reporting directly to the Executive Director (Executive Group Manager) of the Thriving Communities Group—which encompasses land supply, sustainable communities, housing choice, and built form—this role offers a rare opportunity to influence strategic land development outcomes and lead multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative, purpose driven environment.

As Executive Branch Manager, you will oversee a significant program of work that includes structure planning, concept development, and detailed feasibility assessments for future land development opportunities. This role provides a unique platform to shape long term land supply and sustainability outcomes, build strong partnerships across government and industry, and represent SLA at executive forums, public meetings, and industry events. Your people focused and outcomes driven leadership will support the delivery of land that reflects the aspirations of Canberra's diverse and growing community. If you are a strategic thinker, an inclusive and collaborative leader, and a passionate advocate for sustainable development, this is an opportunity to bring your vision to life.

We welcome applications from candidates with strong leadership experience in infrastructure, land development, construction, or related fields across both government and private sectors.
