About this Project Role
Ertech has partnered with the country's leading defence authority to deliver pioneering projects that provide critical marine and onshore infrastructure off the coast of Western Australia.
The projects will have an international scope and present unique challenges and opportunities. We are seeking an experienced civil project leader to support our business during design involvement and construction, which is expected to commence late 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a site-based project team, ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
* Develop and implement project strategies, fostering a results-oriented work environment.
* Oversee project finances, risk management, commercial, contractual aspects, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Demonstrate proven performance on successful projects, varying in value.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance, as required for working on Department of Defence projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role within civil projects, ideally within Main Roads or Defence projects.
* Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.) is highly desirable.
