Job Overview
Anglicare Southern Queensland is seeking a Full-Time Permanent Events and Marketing Services Lead to join our Client Engagement team based at our Head Office in Fortitude Valley. The role involves planning and coordinating corporate and internal events, providing marketing support for various divisions, and managing marketing services and supplier programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and attend corporate events, including setup, run sheet management, cleanup, and reporting.
2. Collaborate with industry partners to develop impactful events that enhance awareness and stakeholder engagement.
3. Implement strategic partnership and sponsorship arrangements to increase contributions to major events.
4. Coordinate with media and creative teams on event activities.
5. Build networks with industry contacts, business associations, and community groups.
6. Deliver integrated marketing campaigns, including creative direction, copywriting, and campaign planning, within budget and deadlines.
7. Handle corporate marketing requests such as events, media, printing, and other needs.
8. Support content and campaign delivery with creative and media resources, including briefing and team collaboration.
9. Report on metrics and inform stakeholders about event and campaign outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
1. Degree in Marketing, Events, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in planning or managing events.
3. Understanding of the events industry, including logistics and contacts.
4. Ability to manage all aspects of corporate events across the network.
5. Strong budgeting skills to keep projects within financial targets.
6. Knowledge of graphic design, print, merchandise, and uniforms.
7. Excellent attention to detail, presentation skills, and ability to think quickly.
8. Motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
9. Proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft Office, and desktop publishing tools.
Additional Requirements
Successful candidates must provide a National Police Certificate and a Driver's License.
