The Training Advisor Processing role supports the training, competency and development of teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate effective training, competency, and behaviour components in Health, Safety & Environment Management Systems.
* Conduct training aligned with Training Needs Analysis and relevant approvals.
* Develop and maintain training packages for processing and maintenance teams.
* Plan and schedule internal and external training to ensure personnel attain required knowledge and skills.
* Deliver safety training on high-risk equipment, operational procedures, and permit-to-work programs.
* Record training sessions and provide updates to leaders.
* Provide on-the-job safety coaching to operators and maintainers as needed.
* Maintain training booking records and obtain necessary approvals.
* Ensure statutory training and competency requirements are met.
* Schedule and deliver in-field and classroom training, adhering to site work processes.
* Support new starters in the processing department through mentoring.
* Deliver training, conduct VOCs (Verification of Competency), and verify training records during shutdowns.
