The Tasmania Talent Pathway Programs focus on developing individual players within a unique football landscape with technical abilities at their core.
This role involves planning, preparing, and delivering training sessions to enhance individual players' skills. The assistant coach will contribute to player selection and development, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
Key responsibilities include supporting coaches, driving a positive learning environment, working closely with individual players to improve their skills, and overseeing coaching activities.
