The Role As Factory Manager, you will take full ownership of daily factory operations, leading a team of 10 fabricators to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality. Responsibilities include: Leading, mentoring, and managing window & door fabricators Scheduling and allocating workflow to ensure smooth project delivery Maintaining strict quality control and compliance with drawings and standards Supporting prototyping and complex assemblies on the factory floor Collaborating with planning, procurement, and project teams to ensure readiness and efficiency Coordinating timely deliveries to site Fostering a safe, efficient, and performance-driven culture Requirements The ideal candidate will bring: Proven experience in aluminium window & door manufacturing Extensive knowledge of aluminium extrusions and fabrication processes Strong factory leadership with a hands-on management style Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with attention to detail Practical problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach Strong organisational skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously Software skills such as V6 or LOGIKAL (advantageous, not essential) Relevant trade or management qualifications (preferred) Lean Six Sigma or process improvement experience (preferred) Contact Please call Eugene Lane-Mullins on 0435 914 485 or email e.lane-mullins@aspectpersonnel.com.au to discuss this role or any other positions in more detail.
