We are seeking a hands-on Service Manager who can lead from the front, drive workshop performance, build strong customer relationships, and develop a high-performing aftersales team. About the Role Reporting to senior dealership management, you will take full responsibility for the daily operations and performance of the service department. You will lead a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Staff while ensuring exceptional customer service, workshop efficiency, and overall departmental profitability.
