Responsibilities:
* HSM will oversee general clinic operations, financial management including grants and support to aged care services
* This role carries responsibility for clinical governance, operational leadership, workforce development and compliance with relevant legislation and accreditation standards (including AGPAL)

Essential Criteria:
* Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner with current AHPRA registration
* Minimum five years' nursing experience in remote comprehensive primary healthcare
* Previous experience as a Remote Area Nurse (RAN)
* Demonstrated health service management experience
* Proven leadership and communication skills
* Strong understanding of Indigenous health and cultural safety
* Current driver's license
