Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their organisation on a full-time basis, based in Salter Point.
This role is ideal for a senior HR professional who is confident working across aged care, retirement living, or the not-for-profit sector, and who can lead workforce governance, compliance, and HR strategy for a large and diverse team.With responsibility for HR operations across more than 300 staff, this position plays a key role in building a skilled, safe, and engaged workforce while ensuring the organisation meets all legislative, accreditation, and governance requirements.What you'll be doing:Leading HR strategy, workforce planning, and end-to-end HR operationsManaging recruitment, onboarding, mandatory training, and staff development with existing TeamOverseeing performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolutionEnsuring full compliance with the Fair Work Act, Aged Care legislation, WHS, and quality standardsManaging enterprise agreements, award interpretation, and salary packaging requirementsImplementing and maintaining modern HR systems, maintain existing rostering platforms, and workforce compliance records Supporting organisational change, workforce transitions, and audit compliance readinessReporting workforce metrics and HR compliance to senior leadership and the BoardWhat you'll need:Minimum 5 years' senior HR management experience, ideally in aged care, retirement living, or not-for-profit environments Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance, and workforce governance Proven experience managing enterprise agreements, awards, and industrial relations Knowledge of PBI structures, salary packaging, and not-for-profit governance Experience leading organisational change and implementing HR systems Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (AHRI membership desirable) High level communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to influence at all levelsWhat's in it for you:A senior leadership role with real impact across multiple sites Supportive executive team and meaningful work within the aged care and Retirement Village sector Opportunity to shape HR frameworks, systems, and future workforce capability Stability, purpose, and the chance to contribute to long-term organisational successHow to apply:To submit your application, please click the APPLY button to submit your resume together with a covering letter.
