Job Title: Intensivist
The Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service is seeking a skilled Intensivist to join the Intensive Care Team at Bundaberg Hospital. The successful candidate will provide specialist intensive care medical services in the ICU, ensuring high-quality patient care and contributing to the efficient delivery of clinical services.
Responsibilities:
* Provide specialist intensive care medical services in the ICU
* Assist the Clinical Director (Intensive Care) and Executive Director Bundaberg and Rural Facilities to ensure clinical services are delivered to the highest standard and in an efficient manner
* Assist with the education and supervision of trainees and other medical staff, as well as medical students, allied health, and nursing staff
Requirements:
* Degree-qualified Medical Practitioner (Specialist or equivalent)
* Postgraduate qualification in Intensive Care Medicine or relevant specialty
* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
