The Job
* Achieving KPIs by placing job seekers into sustainable employment
* Designing tailored strategies and interventions to support job seekers find and maintain employment
* Delivering high-quality, timely recruitment and training services
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers and community partners
* Ensuring compliance with all contractual and procedural requirement

* Digitally savvy with strong administrative capabilities
