We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Claims Operations Manager to oversee and optimise large-scale claims operations within the health sector.
Reporting to senior leadership, you'll be accountable for operational excellence across multi-site teams (3–10 direct leaders and 50–150 indirect staff). This role will focus on driving performance, customer experience, financial targets, risk management, and quality assurance while fostering a strong culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire multi-site claims operations, delivering on KPIs, compliance, and customer outcomes.
* Oversee risk and quality frameworks
* Drive operational excellence uplift through disciplined Active Operations Management (AOM).
* Develop and mentor leaders, embedding strong succession planning and a high-performance culture.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, reporting, and change management.
About You:
* Proven track record in insurance claims leadership (preferably health).
* Strong expertise in risk, compliance, and quality frameworks.
* Experience in Active Operations Management
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, performance leadership, and continuous improvement.
