About the role
Roadline Civil Contractors' is currently seeking an experienced Loader Operator on a casual basis to join our team in Broome, Western Australia. As a Loader Operator, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our civil construction projects across the region.
What you'll be doing
Safely operating a front-end loader to load materials onto trucks and into other construction equipment
Ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of the loader, including completing daily pre-start checks and reporting any issues
Working collaboratively with the wider construction team to efficiently complete tasks and meet project deadlines
Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and procedures
Contributing to a positive and inclusive work culture on site
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Loader Operator in the construction industry
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
