Job DescriptionThe Role:We have an opportunity for a Learning Advisor plays a key role in coordinating and supporting the development and delivery of learning programs within the organisation.
This position supports the execution of training programs, helps with designing content fit for use, and serves as the central point of contact for learners, facilitators, and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Developing training sessions, booking venues, and coordinating facilitators and resources?Registering learners and managing training invitations and attendance tracking?Tracking and reporting on training completion and participation metrics?Providing support and training to users and internal stakeholders?Evaluating and revising programs based on feedback and performance metrics?Supporting the design of instructional strategies, learning pathways, and program outlines?Supporting with collaborating with SMEs to gather and structure content?Supporting with integrating learning technology tools and platforms into course designQualificationsRelevant tertiary qualification (HR, Education, OD or similar)Certificate IV Training & Assessment desirableExperience in learning and development, instructional design, or corporate training.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levelsKnowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.Ability to analyse training effectiveness and improve learning strategiesAdditional InformationWe welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and encourage and support diversity in our traditional and non-traditional roles.Please note: This role is being sourced by our internal Talent Acquisition team, therefore we will not be accepting applications via external recruitment agencies.Only applications from candidates holding full working rights for employment in Australia will be considered.Applications Close 26 May 2025
