The Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished Supply Chain Manager to lead the transformation and optimisation of Aerotek's end-to-end supply chain. This role is both strategic and operational, ensuring the seamless movement of raw materials, products, and information across our network. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will have the mandate to design, influence, and execute supply chain strategies that underpin Aerotek's continued growth and reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities
* Lead procurement, supplier negotiations, and vendor performance to secure the best value and quality.
* Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and optimisation to balance cost, service, and working capital.
* Direct warehousing and logistics operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and safe product distribution.
* Develop long-term supply chain strategies that support growth, mitigate risk, and embed sustainability.
* Ensure compliance with WHSE, Chain of Responsibility, and environmental regulations.
* Inspire and empower a high-performing team, instilling a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
About You
You are a seasoned supply chain professional with the credibility to operate at both strategic and operational levels. Specifically, you will bring:
* A minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally within manufacturing, coatings, or industrial consumables.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Engineering.
* Demonstrated ability to optimise complex supply chains and deliver measurable improvements.
* Strong ERP capability and data-driven decision-making expertise.
* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* A track record of building and leading resilient, high-performing teams.
