This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team, delivering flexible and responsive support services to children and young people. You will provide one-on-one support and lead group activities to promote tangible improvements in their day-to-day lives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate your experience working with young people who have mental health concerns or show relevant life experience and/or understanding of the issues facing children and young people.
* Develop strong interpersonal skills to create rapport with young people and families.
* Maintain accurate and timely case notes and data.
* Foster partnerships in the local community to raise awareness of mental health issues and promote early intervention.
You Will Need:
* Demonstrated experience working with young people who have mental health concerns OR relevant life experience and/or understanding of the issues facing children and young people.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create rapport with young people and families.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* The ability to engage in community networking and provide referrals.
