This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to learn alongside a highly experienced certified commercial valuer in Townsville.
The successful applicant will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in the valuation process, from initiation to completion, and develop their skills in commercial property markets.
* Key Responsibilities:
* To assist in the production of valuation reports, including conducting market research analysis, inspections, and reporting on commercial properties.
* To support the commercial valuer in the field on inspections and in all aspects of report production.

About the Role
This is a full-time position, with flexible work arrangements available for the right candidate.
The successful applicant will be required to study towards a Property Industry degree and possess a high degree of computer literacy, good mathematical skills, and strong analytical capability.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, who is able to work effectively in a team environment and has a passion for property and associated commodities.
