Location: Sydney Metro (Talent Pool – Sydney Metro)
Salary: $99,938 – $110,271 per annum (plus superannuation and leave loading)

About the Role
The Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supporting the legal teams within the office or team. You will work closely with the Solicitor in Charge, legal and administrative staff to coordinate resources, manage office processes and help deliver high‐quality services to vulnerable clients across New South Wales.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage office processes to support daily operations.
* Collaborate with legal and administrative staff to ensure resources are available and schedules meet client needs.
* Provide leadership and support to the legal team, ensuring their requirements are met.
* Deliver high‐quality, client‐centred services to vulnerable clients.
* Support continuous improvement in office operations and client service delivery.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Extensive experience working in a busy and demanding environment, meeting tight deadlines and managing conflicting priorities.
* Strong leadership skills with demonstrated interpersonal skills to support a Solicitor in Charge.
* Highly organised, systematic, proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
* Experience in leading a team to provide high‐standard client‐centred services.
* Experience in learning and development of team members.
* Willingness to undergo a Criminal Record Check.
* Hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency or a valid visa to work in Australia.
