About the role (Full‑time, Tuesday to Saturday)
As our Showroom Sales + Coordinator, you'll be the steady, organised presence who supports the day‑to‑day flow of the showroom. You'll guide customers through thoughtful product choices, work closely with our part-time consultants, and ensure the showroom feels welcoming, organised, and beautifully presented each day.
This is a role that blends customer experience, coordination, and styling - perfect for someone who enjoys creating an inviting atmosphere and being the "go to" person in a warm, supportive environment.
What you'll do
* Welcome customers and offer thoughtful, design‑minded product guidance
* Build strong relationships with clients in‑store, online, and over the phone
* Maintain a beautifully presented showroom through regular merchandising and display updates
* Prepare quotations, manage sample loan approvals, and follow up on sales leads
* Coordinate stock for showroom displays and assist with receiving/dispatch
* Support communication and workflow across the showroom team
* Contribute to product curation across furniture, rugs, homewares, and artwork
What you'll bring
* Confidence in customer service and guiding people through product selections
* Strong communication and organisational skills, and competency with computers
* An interest in interiors, styling, colour, and texture
* A collaborative, steady, team‑focused approach
* Experience in retail, showroom, interiors, or a related field
* Comfort with hands‑on tasks, such as moving displays (with assistance) and returning samples
* Ability to handle moderate lifting up to 20kg for stock handling and display arrangement
