House Coordinator

Situated in the heart of the Lachlan Valley in Central West NSW, Red Bend Catholic College is a co‑educational Years 7‑12 Catholic Day and Boarding school in the Marist tradition. The College educates over 860 students from rural, regional and remote areas to provide an extensive Catholic education. Our core purpose is to make Jesus Christ known and loved through rich experiences of College life which includes a clear focus on academic care, wellbeing, boarding, co‑curricular and sporting experiences.
The House Coordinator will promote student safety and wellbeing and support the Director of Students in managing and caring for all students. The role requires an exceptional educational leader with a passion for student wellbeing, teaching and learning, experience in leadership, appropriate qualifications and strong communication, strategic vision and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Be able to gain NESA accreditation to teach in NSW.
* Hold a NSW Working with Children Check.
* Commitment to support the Marist and Mercy traditions of the College.
* Experience in leadership roles within a school setting.

Employment type: Contract.
Salary range: $96,000 – $137,861 per annum.
