We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales & Account Manager to expand our client base, nurture existing relationships, and contribute to our fast-growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and source potential new clients using a range of outbound and inbound methods.
* Deliver in-depth product information via phone and email to help clients make informed decisions on large-scale projects.
* Prepare and supply accurate quotes, sales orders, and invoices.
* Track and report on the progress of sales opportunities.
* Maintain consistent follow-up and exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to uphold a smooth, efficient workplace.
* Assist with basic administrative tasks as required.

Desired Traits, Qualifications & Skills

* Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or similar.
* Strong, friendly, and persuasive phone manner.
* Confident, sales-focused, and customer-centric.
* Computer-literate with solid general I.T. understanding.
* Able to support administrative tasks when needed.
* Experience or knowledge in Facebook/LinkedIn/Google marketing (highly regarded).
* Completion of Year 12 (High School) is required.
* Sales and/or Marketing qualifications preferred
* Must have work authorisation in Australia.
* Must reside on the Gold Coast within 40 minutes of Biggera Waters, QLD 4216.

* Proven experience in building, acquiring, and developing key accounts with regular weekly sales appointments.
* Professional presentation and outstanding communication skills.
* Motivated, enthusiastic, honest, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

You'll be working on-site in a small, dynamic, and rapidly expanding office and distribution setting. The right candidate will be hands-on, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Reliable daily transport is essential.
