Key Responsibilities
This role is accountable for overseeing stock levels and inventory in a high-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will be able to:
* Drive scheduled cycle counts to inform strategic decisions on stock levels.
* Utilize data insights and reports to support operational functions and minimize stock loss.
* Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, and collaborate with the store team to resolve issues.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives through coaching and collaboration with senior management, supply chain, and planning teams.
* Serve as the central point of contact for distribution and organization of stock levels.
* Train and educate the wider team on stock management and back-of-house policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail stock management, proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and a drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and performance indicators.
