Integratedliving delivers vital health and wellbeing services across rural, regional and remote Australia. We're looking for a skilled Procurement Specialist who can jump in, own their portfolio, and help us deliver real value across a diverse, purpose‐driven organisation.
The Role
You'll lead a concentrated six‐month uplift in ICT sourcing while also supporting property, facilities and healthcare service categories. This is not a slow, once‐a‐quarter RFX environment — you'll be running several tenders in parallel, shaping supplier panels across regional Australia, and improving commercial controls and procurement rhythms.
You'll "hit the ground running" and help build a more resilient, data‐driven and commercially disciplined procurement function.

What You'll Do
* Lead end‐to‐end ICT sourcing, from market analysis to contract award and onboarding.
* Run multiple concurrent tenders, coordinating evaluations and driving timelines independently.
* Map supplier markets, pre‐qualify suppliers and negotiate commercial terms with confidence.
* Establish regional supplier panels to reduce risk, improve continuity, and eliminate single points of failure.
* Contribute to broader category strategies across fleet, facilities, IT, and aged care services.
* Support a positive team culture through shared learnings, collaboration, and collective success.
What You Bring
* 5+ years' experience in procurement, sourcing or commercial roles.
* Strong end‐to‐end sourcing capability and negotiation skills.
* Experience in aged care, healthcare, government or regulated environments.
* Advanced analytical and reporting skills.
* Degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, IT or similar (CIPS desirable).
