Case Manager - Education Re-engagement Specialist
This is a part-time opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of disengaged learners. As a Case Manager, you will work collaboratively with partner agencies to provide direct support to children and families.
The Navigator Program utilises a trauma-informed, culturally safe approach to respond to challenges experienced by young people aged 12–17 years. The goal is to re-engage disengaged learners in education, providing a unique chance for individuals to contribute to positive change.
You will undertake comprehensive assessments, establish and lead a care team, and work together with children and families to establish individualised education re-engagement plans. This role requires knowledge of family services, child protection, and the department of education and training, including relevant legislation and regulations.

Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, or a related discipline
* Demonstrable experience working with vulnerable young people and families
* Current Australian Drivers Licence
* Knowledge of family services, child protection, and the department of education and training
* Familiarity with trauma-informed and culturally competent practice
