About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Officer to join our organisation based in North Ryde. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual who can manage a large customer ledger, review and write credit applications, and work closely with the Credit Manager.
As a Credit Officer, you will be responsible for end-to-end credit tasks including:
* Managing a large customer ledger of high dollar value
* Reviewing and writing credit applications
* Banking, allocation & receipting
* Managing and actioning queries from inbox
* Monitoring and actioning the order release inbox
* PPSR - registering PPS for new accounts, discharging of PPS for closed accounts, updating PPSR master file, updating summary notes and information in system
* Actioning credit watch inbox
* High volume reconciliations - bank and balance sheets
* Opening accounts and conducting credit assessments
* Investigation of un-reconciled payments
* Customer service, investigations and dispute resolution
* Processing and raising of invoices
* Updating customer accounts
* Analysing data and preparing reports
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have advanced Excel skills, experience in any large ERP system (e.g., Oracle, SAP etc.), and the ability to work autonomously within a larger team. You should also demonstrate strong communication skills, be motivated and driven, and have a strong sense of ownership.
