We're a marketing agency with a team of 10 working with clients across a wide variety of industries.
We're looking for someone who not only edits engaging TikTok/Instagram content but is also confident being part of our own agency channels: Gimmie Social and Sneaky.
This role is perfect for someone who is entry-level in social media and content, but we also encourage applications from more experienced content editors as we are open to finding the right fit for the role.
About the Role
This is a full-time, in-office role based on the Sunshine Coast.
Editing short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram, rolling out Canva graphics, shooting with our existing team on shoot days, and regularly appearing on camera for our agency content and sometimes clients.
Think UGC-style creative: trends, b-roll, skits.
What You'll Do
Edit vertical videos each week using CapCut + Canva
Create Canva roll-out graphics for ads
Keep content fresh, trending, and aligned with brand style guides
Shoot short-form video (iPhone/Osmo) for TikTok and Reels
Be on camera for Gimmie Social and Sneaky socials, plus occasional client content
The role is a mix of 60% video editing for TT & IG content & ads in CapCut or Canva, 30% ad creative rollouts in Canva, and 10% filming short-form content.
What You Need
Strong skills in CapCut + Canva
Comfortable filming with iPhone or Osmo
Active TikTok or Instagram user
Ability to find and adapt trends
Can read engagement numbers to improve results
Confidence on camera
Creativity and adaptability
Fine with deadlines
A positive sense of fun
This role is perfect for someone who loves UGC-style creative and wants to be both behind the camera and in front of it.
