Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Commercial Plumbers and apprentices to join our team. The successful candidates will handle a variety of commercial plumbing projects including - office fitouts and refurbishments, multi-unit developments, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and hospitality venues. Key responsibilities include:
* Reading and interpreting plans
* Be able to effectively use project management systems
* Troubleshooting plumbing issues and providing effective solutions
* Ensuring compliance with all safety standards and building codes
* Collaborating with other construction trades to ensure project completion on time and within budget
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in commercial plumbing (for plumbers) or eagerness to learn and develop (for apprentices)
* Capable in all areas of commercial plumbing
* Excellent communication skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong time management skills and reliability
* High level of initiative and motivation
Certifications & Qualifications Required:
* Licensed or journeyman
* Valid White Card, Asbestos Awareness, Working Safely with Asbestos Containing Materials, and Crystalline Silica Exposure Prevention
* For apprentices, willingness to learn and complete required training
