You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the broader tech team, delivering applications that streamline operations and improve user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack web and mobile applications.Collaborate across departments to translate business needs into working software.Build and maintain secure, scalable APIs and cloud-based services.Develop responsive, mobile-optimised user interfaces (React).Integrate third-party software and internal systems.Write clean, testable, and efficient code across front and back ends.Lead troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.Stay current on emerging tech in software and construction innovation.Must-Have Skills & Experience3–5 years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer.Recent experience with:- Front-end: React.js- Back-end: PHP or Python- Cloud: Azure (inc.
