This high-impact role sits within ourSpecialised Nutrition divisionand offers a unique opportunity to work closely with theSales Leadership Team, while gaining broad exposure acrossSales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
You will play a critical role in driving business growth by ensuring strong financial governance of net sales, supporting strategic initiatives through robust financial analysis, and delivering insightful commercial business partnering.Key ResponsibilitiesControlling & Business PartneringLead monthly net sales reporting and forecasting, manage trade spend through Blue Planner, and support pricing and promotional investment decisions- including oversight of A&P; spend and ROI analysis.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop financials for key initiatives and NPD business cases.ForecastingOwn the net sales forecasting process in collaboration with the Demand team.
Deliver accurate and timely GPS and RF forecasts, and manage risks and opportunities related to trade spend.Business IntelligenceDeliver insights on customer and brand profitability, net sales variance, and support financial self-service across the business through training and reporting tools.Cross-Functional ProjectsActively contribute to cross-functional teams, providing financial leadership on strategic projects and initiatives.
About you You are a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
