About the role
We are seeking an Experienced Florist to join our team at In Full Bloom in South Melbourne VIC 3205. This is a casual position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, contributing to the success of our thriving floral business.
What you'll be doing
* Crafting beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets to delight our customers
* Providing excellent customer service and advice to ensure each customer's needs are met
* Maintaining the store's presentation and ensuring all products are well-stocked and kept fresh
* Assisting with inventory management and ordering of new stock
* Collaborating with the team to contribute ideas and support the overall goals of the business
What we're looking for
* Extensive experience as a qualified florist, with a strong background in floristry
* Certificate IV in Floristry or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 2-3 years of professional floristry experience
* Exceptional floral design skills and a keen eye for detail
* Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide expert advice
* Strong time management and organisational skills to manage a fast-paced environment
* A creative flair and passion for the floristry industry
* Australian work rights are essential for this position
