Regulatory Compliance Professional This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic regulatory environment where you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislation administered by the department. The primary objective of this role is to undertake regulatory activities including monitoring, analysis and investigation of complaints into alleged breaches of relevant legislation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in undertaking audits and complex investigations in a regulatory setting. * This role requires high level analytical and conceptual skills with exceptional attention to detail. You must also possess excellent oral and written communication skills including professional report writing, as well as the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: * Undertake compliance monitoring activities including review, detailed analysis and investigation of complaints into alleged breaches of legislation. * Respond to enquiries related to compliance matters and record these appropriately. * Promote general consumer issues across the jurisdiction through participation in national focus groups.
