Senior Estimator - Infrastructure Projects Location: Pakenham, VIC (projects across Australia) About Shadbolt Group: Shadbolt is a leading Australian engineering and fabrication company delivering complex projects across defence, infrastructure, mining, and heavy industry. Shadbolt Group is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to take ownership of end-to-end estimating for major infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on role where you'll prepare accurate, comprehensive estimates from initial scope through to final tender submission, ensuring projects are competitively and commercially sound. What you'll do: Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for infrastructure projects Analyse drawings and specifications to identify scope, risks, and costs Source and validate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors Collaborate with project teams to optimise costs and manage risk About you: Proven experience estimating civil or infrastructure projects from start to finish Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines independently
