About The Role
You will support the supply of reinforcing steel to diverse construction projects at our Queanbeyan site, reporting to the Scheduling Lead and coordinating with customers and internal business units.
Responsibilities
* Play a key role in delivering reinforcement solutions for commercial, residential and infrastructure projects.
* Prepare reinforcement fabricating schedules, estimate quantities and create material lists from structural and civil drawings with accuracy.
* Build strong relationships with customers by providing proactive support and ensuring project requirements, timelines and delivery schedules are met.
* Work collaboratively with Sales, Planning, Production and Operations teams to deliver projects on time and to customer expectations.
* Contribute to a safety‐focused, team‐oriented workplace culture that encourages continuous improvement.

Qualifications
* Previous experience in reinforcement scheduling, estimating, production planning, coordination or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of construction industry products, particularly reinforcement and reinforcing steel.
* Exposure to engineering, construction or manufacturing industries.
* Strong mathematical, problem‐solving and attention‐to‐detail skills.
* Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities and meet customer delivery timeframes.
* Strong communication skills with a passion for building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Experience using AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, ARMA or ASA software is highly regarded.
