Temporary to permanent opportunity to work in a dynamic and growth-focused Mining company. Immediate start
We are working with a leading provider Mining and Resourcing solutions, to source a Bookkeeper/Finance Officer on an ongoing temporary assignment, with a view to go permanent.
This role is due to an increase in workload and is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly successful and tenured finance team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:
- Assisting with processing payroll - up to 300 casual staff and 50 salaried staff.
- Receiving and processing incoming invoices from supplier purchases.
- Reconciliation of supplier and bank statements.
- Ad hoc administration duties as required, such as data entry.
**Your Profile**
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar position, ideally with end to end payroll exposure.
- Experience using Greentree will be highly regarded (not essential)
- Have the ability to work autonomously, but also well in a team
- Being able to work in a fast-paced environment and working to multiple deadlines.
This position is looking to start ASAP, therefore you must be immediately available, or available to start with a few days' notice. You must also be residing in Perth to be considered.
