* Experience working in a membership business environment and exposure to agriculture is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee, analyse and ensure accuracy of general ledger, profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow;
• Ensure company records and processes are compliant with regulatory requirements;
• Provide detailed and thorough finance reporting and advice to senior management;
• Drive the development of investment strategy and capital management;
• Manage company policies and procedures, including risk and WHS;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all financial, database and digital frameworks support productivity targets.
