Currently seeking a Part-time Property Manager to join a high-performing Property Management Division, this is a team with plenty of support, structure and systems!
**The Role**:
Monday - Friday, we are seeking a Property Manager to run and service a clean and tidy local portfolio. With support from the Senior Property Manager and a hands-on Director, this is your opportunity to learn from the best in the business. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Managing your own small portfolio of 70 properties
- Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords
- Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Conducting repairs and maintenances
- Rental arrears management
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- A current certificate of Registration & driver's license
- Previous experience in Real Estate experience is highly regarded
- High level of professionalism
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
- Strong knowledge of the local area
- A positive, can do attitude!
