I am currently looking to speak to a Contract Administrator looking to fast track career development working under two leaders with a high successful track record in the Melbourne fit out sector.
Due to an increase in workload my client are looking for a Contract Administrator to join them team. They want someone whom ideallyare tertiary qualification (Degree Or Diploma) in a construction related course. A minimum of 5 years experience as a Contract Administrator with a commercial builder in the Australian market is a must as is having the necessary self drive & confidence & as you will engage with a variety of stakeholders and evolve into a PM.
Responsibilities
The Contract Administrator will be tasked with letting packages, producing cost reports & budgets & working through claims, variations & final accounts. You will be part of a team reporting to a Project Manager.
