Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Organisational Change Manager to lead the design, governance, and delivery of our enterprise-wide change strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of engagement, communications, and capability-building activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree and/or an equivalent combination of training and experience
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging at the most senior levels
* Extensive experience leading change management at program or portfolio level in complex, multi-stream transformations
* Deep expertise in contemporary change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, agile change) and their practical application
