Leadership Facilitator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Leadership Facilitator to join our team based in Yeppoon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for adventure-based learning and the ability to inspire young people.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and deliver experiential learning programs for young people. You will work closely with our program services supervisor to design and implement engaging activities that promote personal growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver safe and effective experiential learning programs
* Lead groups of various ages and backgrounds towards program goals
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, staff, and stakeholders
* Collaborate with the program services supervisor to plan and implement program logistics
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A recognised industry accreditation in outdoor recreation or a related field
* Experience in facilitating groups and delivering training programs
* A current First Aid and CPR certificate
* A QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
