About the role
Full Time, Permanent position based in our Coolbinia hub.
In this role, you will:
1. Lead the delivery of evidence-based therapy to customers living with disabilities, including assessment, intervention, reporting, and case management.
2. Have a passion for Early Childhood Intervention.
3. Provide guidance and mentorship to enhance clinical support, professional growth, and team performance.
4. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team using the key worker model.
5. Support a strong learning culture alongside Managers, Team Leaders, and Clinical Leads.
6. Empower customers to achieve a lifestyle of their choice through a person-centred approach.
7. Liaise with families and external supports (e.g., hospitals, agencies, schools, community services).
8. Provide services in both hub and community settings.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Demonstrated clinical leadership and excellence in the delivery of occupational therapy services.
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
* AHPRA registration.
* Right to work in Australia.
* National Police Clearance within 6 months.
* Driver's Licence.
* NDIS Workers Orientation Module.
* NDIS Worker Screening check.
* Working with Children Check.
* First Aid Certificate.
* COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
